The idea belongs to project coordinator, Prof. Elena Erdeli, Oradea, Romania and starts from the premise that most children with special educational needs have difficulties with the oral and written communication. If they are disadvantaged in this aspect they excel in other fields.The project activities will help  develop communication skills, enhance integration and socialization of these children into society by acquiring knowledge and skills and independent living skills to use new technologies to stimulate curiosity and to other students, other educational institutions, culture, traditions and specific other countries.
